How do I return an item?
We promise to get the item you ordered to you in good condition. We cannot afford fancy packaging. If you decide you want to return items please contact us thru the email address provided below. We are not able to provide free returns at our low-low prices. No refunds will be given without return of the product in new, sellable condition. You can buy USPS labels online. Use First Class Package Rate mail whenever possible (if the package weighs 16 oz or less).
We stand behind our products! If there is a defect we will make it right with you. We require photo evidence in the case of defect/damage claim. If the customer does not know how to send a photo through email it is easy to learn how to do it with a Google search. Just ask Google! We may, at our discretion, not require return of defective product. Returned item must be in new condition (sellable) when Lovvbugg receives it back. All shipping costs paid by buyer, are not refundable. (We are not a big box store. Our lowest prices do not include enough profit for change-your-minds. We do not know of a single store that will repay your gasoline costs to buy or return items!) Please choose carefully. If the item arrived in defective or damaged condition, return will be at the discretion of Lovvbugg. In this case we will repay reasonable shipping charges, Please contact [email protected], attaching a photo of the broken pieces and full information about buyer name, website purchased from, and and anything else you think is necessary for us to know. Lovvbugg will return your email with instructions, usually within two business days. |
