NATURAL MUSLIN MATTRESS--Off-White Natural Cotton Muslin MATTRESS--fits most beds for 18-inch dolls like American Girl.

10-1/2 x 20 inches x 1-inch thick. Handmade at Lovvbugg because people were asking for them. It is filled with bonded polyester batting that is one inch thick. When you buy a mattress separately like this it is stitched closed. (in our bedding sets the mattress batting piece is not covered separately; it fits inside the pocket sheet.)

Fits all the beds we sell like the walnut bed in the photo.

The white fabric is a poly-cotton blend.
