When I was a little girl in the sixties I got two prom dresses very much like this from our church's bazaar. I played dressup in them for years. Then I remember giving away that HUGE box full of wonderful fun. Then, when I had my walk-in store in the 90's we had a rack full of fabulous dressup clothes. The girls wore them when they had their birthday parties and while they shopped in the store. Then they'd put them back on the pegs for the next girl to enjoy. I will never forget the look on Jae-Joon's face (our 4th Korean foreign exchange student) when Anna Claire appeared for dinner all dressed to the nines in a red lace dress I had gotten years before at a thrift store! Mom and Dad just said 'Hi' and Jae-Joon's eyes were like saucers!
